RCR is an independent label founded in 2014 based in Carlow and managed by Shayne Byrne.

Born out of the joys of being in the studio, working with great young bands, meeting like-minded people; Ragged Company Recordings highly values the artist's creative flow, and creates a laid back, relaxed atmosphere for artists to bloom in. The label main objective is to make his skill set available to various acts and bands and provide a solid base to propel them into the industry, aiding them to achieve their goals and dreams.
