“I’m really happy to present ‘Burned’ as my debut single because I think it encompasses a lot about who I am as an artist, from the neo-soul style leanings to the lyrics and vocal performance.
“The song itself is just almost the opposite of that ‘it’s better to have loved and lost’ saying - 'Burned’ is about that feeling you get when you know it’s a bad idea to go down this road with someone, but it’s too late at that stage.”
