Mnemósine agus Zeus

Album dedication in Remembrance of :-
Irish Composer and Traditional Irish Musician
Mr. Thomas Potts 1912–1988

Happy New Year 2026 ~ We wish you Hope, Joy and Prosperity.

Our Music is influenced by Irish Sean Nós Singing and by Traditional Irish Music; by Medieval Music 500 AD to 1400 AD; by Renaissance Music 1400 AD to 1600 AD; by amazing music composed during the Baroque Music era 1600 AD to 1750 AD; by music composed during the Classical Music era 1750 AD to 1820 AD; by Irish Folk Music 567 AD to 1865 AD and by all the listening to music that we have ever experienced.

In Greek mythology, the nine Muses, led by Apollo, were a source of inspiration for poetry, music, and the arts, with each muse representing a specific art form.

Apollo:
While not a Muse, Apollo was associated with music and the arts, and often depicted as the leader of the Muses.

Terpsichore:
The Muse of dance and light verse.

Erato:
The Muse of lyric choral poetry.

Urania:
The Muse of astronomy and astrological poetry.

Thalia:
The Muse of comedy and bucolic / pastoral poetry.

Terpsichore and Erato:
Terpsichore is associated with dance, and Erato with lyric poetry.

Polymnia and Clio:
Polymnia is the Muse of sacred poetry and hymns, while Clio is the Muse of history.

Melpomene and Calliope:
Melpomene is the Muse of tragedy, and Calliope is the Muse of epic poetry.

Euterpe:
The Muse of music and lyric poetry.
