Ocean Floor is the solo project of Irish composer Aonghus Reidy.
Ten pared-down pieces for piano and synthesizer (also featuring guitar on 'Mirror 5'). Released 29/9/18 on Bumtapes.
Variations on simple melodic fragments. Emerged from a piano improvisation, recorded in the morning of 9th Feb 2014 after being disturbed from sleep. Over the next four years I returned to this material, turning it into a set of melodies.
