Is This the Place? dates back to the beginning of Drying Weather's relationship with ex-Enemies producer Eoin Whitfield, originally due to be recorded on the day of Ireland's first lockdown and completed in Summer 2020. Coincidentally, the song deals with themes of breaking away from confinement, which after 2 long years has finally been manifested following the lifting of pandemic restrictions.
