Produced by Dave Steel and recorded in Troy Horse Studios, Sydney, Australia in January 1997. This was Peter's second album following up on his highly acclaimed debut "Since Then" which has sold through 2 pressings and attracted International attention with Cooking Vinyl and ABC (Australia) both expressing interest in releasing the follow-up. However, Peter chose to remain independent and released the album on his own Jimaru Record Label. 
Round Tower Records in Ireland did repackage and re-release The Miracle Bell in 1997.  
This version of the album was Re-Mastered in 2010 by Tim Martin
